We encourage you to make your reservations well in advance in order to ensure the availability of the items that you need. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date requested and the remaining balance is due upon receipt of the equipment. Should you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.
Big Top Tent Rentals is a full service rental company. Our tent pricing includes the cost of set-up, take-down and in most cases delivery. Delivery, set-up and electrical fees may apply to certain locations. Tents, tent flooring, dance floors, stages and lighting are installed. All other items will be stacked in a mutually convenient location. Arrangements can be made, in advance, for Big Top to set up tables and chairs for an additional labor charge. All china, glassware, flatware, etc. are to be returned wiped clean in their original containers. Linens should be refuse free and dried to prevent mildew. Please do not put used linen into plastic bags. The return of un-rinsed or dirty items will incur an additional labor charge. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked unless prior arrangements have been made.
A 5% damage waiver is required on china, linens and/or glassware to cover accidental damage or breakage. The waiver does not cover missing items.
You may alter your order up to one week in advance of delivery. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. No credit will be given for unused equipment. Equipment is picked up on the Monday or Tuesday after the weekend event. For midweek events, delivery and pickup will be scheduled.
Disclaimer: The renter is responsible for any accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rented items. The renter is responsible for any damages done to the equipment rented.
